Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
